FULL TIME OTOLARYNGOLOGY OPPORTUNITY
ASPIRE RURAL HEALTH SYSTEM
CASS CITY / MARLETTE / DECKERVILLE, MI
Aspire Rural Health System is seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist to join an excellent team of friendly peers in three 25-bed critical access hospitals. This is an employed position offering a competitive compensation and benefit package. This opportunity will serve the communities of Marlette, Deckerville and Cass City, MI all located in the Thumb of Michigan.
The selected candidate must obtain a license in the state of Michigan and be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
Compensation Package:
- A base salary of $587,000, commensurate with experience
- Additional compensation available through wRVU incentive program
- A comprehensive benefit package will be offered
- 40 hours per week/47 weeks per year - 5 weeks to be used as needed for CME, holiday, sick time, vacation time and bereavement, etc.
- Relocation/Sign on Bonus negotiable
- $5,000 per year CME
Work Schedule:
- NO CALL
- Aspire Rural Health System employs 35 Physicians and 34 mid-levels (NP's and PA's) in 55 clinics across four counties
- Clinic and OR schedule can be set at the preference of the physician
