🕒 Schedule: 7-on / 7-off, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
💰 Salary: $140,000 base + up to $15,000 annual bonus

Pioneer NeuroHealth is expanding our NeuroHospitalist APP team. This is an opportunity to work alongside renowned neurohospitalists in an environment focused on innovation, patient-centered care, and neurological excellence.

Position Overview:

✔ Assess & manage acute neurological conditions (stroke, seizures, TBI, neurovascular disorders)
✔ Perform or assist with neurological procedures (lumbar punctures, EEG interpretation)
✔ Work alongside neurohospitalists, neurosurgeons, and interdisciplinary teams
✔ Educate patients & caregivers about neurological conditions and long-term care strategies
✔ Enhance care through research, quality improvement, and patient advocacy

Qualifications:

📌 Active Florida licensure as APRN or PA
📌 Experience in neurology or hospital-based APP roles preferred
📌 New APP graduates encouraged to apply—mentorship available!
📌 Exceptional communication & collaboration skills

Compensation & Benefits:

✅ $140,000 base salary + up to $15,000 productivity bonus
