CASS CITY / MARLETTE / DECKERVILLE, MICHIGAN

Aspire Rural Health System is seeking a full-time General Surgeon to join an excellent team of friendly peers to serve the communities of Marlette, Deckerville and Cass City, all located in the “Thumb” of Michigan. This is an employed position offering a competitive compensation and benefit package.

The selected candidate will be licensed in the state of Michigan and Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Surgery to apply.

Compensation Package:

• A base salary of $517,000 commensurate with experience
• Additional incentive payment is available if physician exceeds 6,892 wRVU’s. This incentive is paid quarterly at wRVU rate of $75.80 over 6,892 wRVU’s
• A comprehensive benefit package will be offered
• Flexible 40 hours per week/47 weeks per year - 5 weeks to be used as needed for CME, holiday, sick time, vacation time and bereavement, etc.
• Sign on bonus/Relocation negotiable
• $5,000 per year for CME

Work Schedule:

• Very limited call
• Aspire Rural Health System employs 35 Physicians, 34 Mid-levels (both PA’s and NP’s) at 55 clinic locations across 4 counties
