Ellsworth County Medical Center (ECMC) is seeking an experienced Radiology Manager to lead our imaging department. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role at a 19-bed critical access hospital serving a close-knit community in North Central Kansas. Oversee all operations of the Radiology Department, ensuring delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality imaging services.
Supervise, mentor, and support a skilled team of radiologic technologists.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as hospital policies and procedures.
Manage departmental budgeting, staffing, and scheduling.
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray, CT, and Mammography (must be ARRT registered in Mammography or willing to obtain).
Ensure imaging equipment is maintained and functioning at optimal levels.
Collaborate with physicians and staff to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes.
Lead quality assurance initiatives and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Education:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology from an AMA-approved program
Experience:
Minimum 1 year X-ray experience
Minimum 1 year CT experience (must be ARRT eligible for CT registry)
Experience with Toshiba Prime CT and Cerner EMR a plus
Certifications:
Current ARRT certification
Must maintain Kansas state licensure and annual CPR certification
ARRT Mammography registry (or willingness to obtain)
