Ellsworth County Medical Center (ECMC) is seeking an experienced Radiology Manager to lead our imaging department. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role at a 19-bed critical access hospital serving a close-knit community in North Central Kansas. 🏥 What You’ll Do

• Oversee all operations of the Radiology Department, ensuring delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality imaging services.

• Supervise, mentor, and support a skilled team of radiologic technologists.

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as hospital policies and procedures.

• Manage departmental budgeting, staffing, and scheduling.

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray, CT, and Mammography (must be ARRT registered in Mammography or willing to obtain).

• Ensure imaging equipment is maintained and functioning at optimal levels.

• Collaborate with physicians and staff to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes.

• Lead quality assurance initiatives and implement continuous improvement strategies.

✅ Qualifications

Education:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology from an AMA-approved program

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year X-ray experience

• Minimum 1 year CT experience (must be ARRT eligible for CT registry)

• Experience with Toshiba Prime CT and Cerner EMR a plus

Certifications:

• Current ARRT certification

• Must maintain Kansas state licensure and annual CPR certification

• ARRT Mammography registry (or willingness to obtain)
