Sinu-Clear is a rapidly growing mobile ENT care company. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners to deliver exceptional ENT care direct to patients at skilled and assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to one skilled nursing facility or assisted living facility a day to provide bedside ENT care to 15-25 residents.
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
• Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion with patients.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel extended distances around the listed position area.
• Valid Oregon Nurse Practitioner license.
• Valid Oregon Driver's License
• Commitment to providing high-quality ENT care
• Must be willing to travel for initial training (out-of-state travel is required).
• A DEA is not required.

Position Details:

• Commitment:
• Part-time (2-3 days per week; 8-hour workdays)
• Full-time (32-40 hours/week)
• Patient Load:
• 15-25 patients per day. All patients are located at the same facility for that given day.
• We reimburse for all mileage driven to and from facilities.

Training:

Providers will participate in a 3-week long training process to ensure overall preparedness and confidence before seeing patients independently.

• Week 1: Virtual orientation and EMR training.
• Week 2 & 3: More EMR chart training followed by 3-4 days of in-person training with lead ENT physicians and fellow NP's already working with Sinu-Clear (out-of-state travel is required and reimbursed)

Note: $50/hour for pre-patient training

• Adept at working with seniors
• Looking for a challenging, diverse and rewarding position
• Someone with excellent communication: verbal /written skills.
• Someone with strong charting skills on an IPad.

Pay: $82-87 per hour
