Palouse Specialty Physicians is a multidisciplinary specialty practice dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Otolaryngologist to join our growing team and serve the needs of patients across the region.

Position Summary:
The Otolaryngologist will diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. This role includes both medical and surgical responsibilities, along with a strong emphasis on patient care, communication, and teamwork within our integrated healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of ENT conditions in both adults and children

• Perform outpatient procedures and surgeries as clinically appropriate

• Collaborate with audiologists, allergists, primary care providers, and other specialists to coordinate care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system

• Provide consultative support for inpatient services when needed

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology

• Current and unrestricted medical license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
