Position: Oncologist

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled oncologist to join our multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering comprehensive cancer care. The ideal candidate will specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with cancer and blood disorders, working collaboratively with other specialists to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with various types of cancer and hematologic disorders

• Develop individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other medical oncology interventions

• Collaborate with surgical, radiation, and palliative care teams for integrated care delivery

• Participate in tumor boards, clinical meetings, and quality improvement initiatives

• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis

• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with regulations and standards

• Stay up-to-date with advancements in oncology through continuing education and participation in professional development

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology (and/or Hematology)

• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one in Idaho

• Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills

• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
