A description of our clinic:

• Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Flexibility for a 4-day work week
• Shared Call: 10 days/month, covering both FM w/OB and newborn care
• Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support to support an autonomous practice
• Clinical responsibilities include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, women s health including prenatal, obstetric, C-sections and deliveries, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest
• Cohesive, motivated team environment
• Located on the Banner Page Hospital campus

We seek candidates who are:

• Passionate about rural medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS)
• Surgical OB Training required
• Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment
• Experienced, however, new grads are encouraged to apply

• Salary base of $325K, plus incentives
