Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, part of theLutheran Health Network, is seeking a licensed NP or PA towork in our MedStat urgent care clinics. You will provide urgent and non-urgent healthcare andoccupational health services to patients of all ages. Experienced providers or new grads with strongcritical care/ED experience will be considered.

Highlights of Practice

• Busy walk-in clinics
• Evaluate and treat wide variety of acute and chronic conditions as well asworkers comp injurieswithin scope of practice, including medicationmanagement
• 8 and 12 hour shifts available
• Clinics open 7 days/week
• Strong collaborative team of providers
• Perform DOT, post offer, OSHA mandated and sport physicals (DOT training provided)
• Orders labs/diagnostic procedures; interprets data (EKGs, X-Rays, lab studies)
• In network access to sub specialty and tertiary care
