Family Physician Assistant (PA) Outpatient Opportunity in Cartersville, GA

Job Description

Interstate Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant in beautiful Cartersville to provide coverage part-time Monday-Friday. This position allows the opportunity to care for commercial drivers, interstate travelers and the local community, providing skilled and compassionate care.

Interstate Health is expanding access to high-quality urgent and primary care for everyone who lives and works along our nation’s interstate system. We serve rural and other communities with limited options for healthcare.

Education, Training & Experience

• Licensure in Georgia
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Outpatient procedural skills - suturing and musculoskeletal injuries
• Two years of clinical experience as APC preferred.
• Occupational Medicine experience is preferred, but we are willing to train otherwise qualified candidates in this area of medicine.
• FMCSA Medical Examiner Certification
