Penn State Health is seeking a Part-Time BC/BE Geriatrician, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to provide Post-Acute Care at a long-term care facility located in scenic, suburban Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This inpatient consultant will work closely with the skilled team at a skilled nursing facility providing admissions and care for complex acuity patients.

Requirements:
- Must possess MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
- Completion of ACGME accredited residency program
- BE/BC Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine trained physician
- Experience working in inpatient settings
- Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license
