We're seeking a physician in the South Bend area to lead a high-performing pod of providers focused on delivering exceptional geriatric care in the comfort of patients' homes.

As the Medical Pod Leader, you will: 

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to pod team members, ensuring accurate diagnosis, documentation, and adherence to quality standards.
• Foster a positive and supportive pod culture, promoting clinical team dynamics and professional growth.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, providing guidance and support.
• Drive clinical outcomes for the entire pod by implementing and refining best practices. 
  

We are looking for a physician with: 

• Experience in geriatric medicine or a strong interest in working with elderly patients.
• Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• Proven leadership abilities and a passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
