Plastic Surgeon Job at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, IN

Indiana University Health'sAdult Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeryteam is seeking a compassionate and dedicated APP Clinical Manager to join our growing team in the Indianapolis Suburban Region!

Position Details:

• Full-time, Day Shift
  • 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Wednesday and Friday
  • No weekends, holidays, or call
• 10% inpatient, 90% outpatient

Key Responsibilities:

• APP manager overseeing day to day operations of plastic surgery advanced practice provider group
• Serves to recruit and onboard new APP's, evaluates and supports existing APP's
• Update surgeons on patients' status
• Role is 70-80% clinical and 20-30% administrative

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree required
• FNP or PAcertification required
• If new graduate, clinical rotation in surgery/surgical background preferred
• 1 year APP experience in Surgery/Surgical Subspecialties is preferred
