Endocrinologist- Albuquerque, New Mexico

Presbyterian Healthcare Services, a locally owned, not-for-profit healthcare system in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is hiring a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to join a well-established and collaborative practice with a mature patient base, strong team support, and a low-volume call structure.

Why This Role Stands Out:

Outpatient-focused practice: No admissions or hospital call
Monday-Friday schedule with 36 hours of patient care + 4 hours of admin time
Team-based care with 7 physicians, 1 APP, 1 pharmacist clinician, and 2 CDE’s
50% diabetes, 40% thyroid, 10% general endocrine
Gender-affirming care welcomed
Ability to perform thyroid biopsies and FNA preferred
Embedded prior authorization team to minimize admin burden
Participation in a robust multidisciplinary tumor board.

Ideal Candidate:

Board Certified/eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
Patient-centered, collaborative, and motivated to grow their practice

Eligible for medical licensure in New Mexico
