We're helping the Indian Health Service find a General Dentist to step in and provide care at their facility in Fort Yates, North Dakota. This is a locum tenens position starting ASAP for 3 months, with the option to extend if you’re loving it.

Details:

• Location: Fort Yates, ND

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Call: None. Enjoy your evenings.

• Patient Load: 6–8 patients/day on average

• Patient Population: All ages bur primarily adults

• Setting: 100% outpatient

• Charting: Dentrix EMR

What You’ll Be Doing:

General Dentistry —no high-stress surgeries or complicated procedures. You’ll treat patients based on your comfort level and expertise. Exams, fillings, simple extractions. 

Current Staff:

• 2 experienced Dental Assistants already on board

• Hygienist position currently being filled

Requirements:

• Active DEA license (schedules 2–5, fee paid)

• BLS certification (American Heart Association only)

• And the best part? ANY state license is accepted!

Timeline:

• Credentialing typically takes about 4–6 weeks, so the sooner you’re in touch, the better.
