Introduction to the Role and Practice:

Centra Medical Group Southside Women's Center (CMG Southside Women's Center) is seeking a dedicated and experienced OBGYN to join our collaborative practice, which includes physicians, nurse practitioners, and certified nurse midwives (CNMs). This position will be split between our Lynchburg and Farmville locations, providing comprehensive care in a supportive and state-of-the-art environment.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of medical degree and residency/fellowship training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• MD/DO with certification by an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) board in physician's primary specialty. Must be board certified or in the process of certifying.

Southside features a newly renovated, spacious clinic with in-house ultrasound and lab services, conveniently located just one floor below Labor & Delivery and the operating room. Virginia Baptist Hospital is a Magnet®-designated facility with in-house consulting physicians, anesthesia, and a Level III NICU. Both locations have in-house anesthesia providers and pediatricians available for births and circumcisions, and daVinci® Surgical Systems are available at both the Lynchburg and Farmville sites.
