Northeast Georgia Physicians Group (NGPG), in partnership with Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS), is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our expanding hospital-based Interventional Radiology (IR) team in Gainesville, GA.
You’ll play a key role in patient care coordination, clinical consults, and procedural support alongside a highly skilled IR team in a progressive, supportive health system.
Position Highlights:
- Work closely with fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologists
- Provide inpatient and outpatient consults and follow-ups
- Assist with procedure planning, patient education, and clinical documentation
- Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary care meetings
- Contribute to efficient workflow and team-based care
- Structured call rotation with strong IR tech and nursing support
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
- Active Georgia license (or eligibility)
- National certification (ACNP-C, PA-C)
- FNP must have inpatient experience in the last 12 months or out of training.
- Strong clinical skills and interest in procedural medicine
- Prior IR, vascular, or surgical/procedural experience preferred
