We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatrist to join our inpatient behavioral health team in Phoenix, Arizona. Our hospital offers a collaborative environment, dedicated support staff, and a strong clinical infrastructure so you can focus on what you do best—healing minds and restoring hope.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the psychiatric care of adult in a structured, therapeutic inpatient setting

• Complete psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and provide ongoing treatment

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, and case managers

• Participate in treatment planning, family meetings, and discharge planning

• Ensure documentation and regulatory standards are met with ease and support

What We’re Looking For

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD or DO)

• Active or eligible for Arizona medical license

• Active or eligible Arizona DEA

• Prior experience in inpatient or acute psychiatric settings preferred

• Strong communication skills and a heart for collaborative care
