Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages
• Emphasize preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR)
• Engage with the local Hispanic community to address their unique healthcare needs

Who We’re Looking For:

• MD or DO Degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active California Medical License (or ability to obtain one)
• DEA Certification (or ability to obtain one)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for serving underserved populations and improving community health
