Position: Physical Therapist
Facility: Ortho Illinois
Location: 1550 N. Randall Rd, Elgin, IL 60123
Shift: Monday–Friday, Clinic hours 7 AM – 6 PM (5x8 or 4x10 schedule)
Hours: 40 per week
Pay Range: $81,868.80 – $122,803.20 annually (based on experience)

Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy treatments to patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. This includes supervising support staff and maintaining detailed records of patient progress.

Requirements:

• Licensed in PT in the state of Illinois
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Physical Therapy, or Master’s Degree, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suites
• Familiarity with EMR and Physical Rehabilitation software

Physical Demands:
The role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 100 pounds, manual dexterity, and good vision and hearing to ensure patient safety.
