Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based plans of care

• Fabricate orthoses and apply therapeutic modalities

• Provide education to patients and caregivers

• Collaborate with physicians and rehab staff for optimal care delivery

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation

• Support training, mentoring, and department initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $81,868.80 – $122,803.20 (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

• Active Illinois OT license and NBCOT certification (required)

• Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred

• CHT certification a plus

• Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
