Adventist Health Castle (AHCS) is seeking a full-time, board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic, well-established, Women’s Health OB-GYN practice. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, comprehensive OB-GYN care. You will work independently in a supportive, fast-paced clinic environment alongside a collaborative team of providers committed to serving the Windward community and beyond. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including antepartum, postpartum, and interconception services
• Independently assess, diagnose, and manage patient care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Foster a compassionate and welcoming environment for women of all ages and backgrounds

Candidates must be Board Certified, Hawaii licensed or become Hawaii licensed, and meet the hospital’s medical staff credentialing standards.

Minimum Qualifications: Completion of an accredited graduate-level program that produced a master’s degree in clinical nursing or nursing science in relevant field of specialty. Current Hawaii Registered Nurse License. Current Hawaii Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License with prescriptive authority that meets education requirement(s) for Hawaii state APRN prescriptive authority. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card certification. Two (2) years nurse practitioner experience or equivalent nursing experience. Prefer five (5) or more years NP experience or equivalent in an outpatient setting.

Base Compensation Starts at $140,000.00
