Chemical Dependency – Physician Assistant - Rochester, NY

Job Description

  As an Advanced Practice Practitioner treating patients with substance use disorders, you will work with a team of physicians, APPs and nurses and collaborate frequently with therapists to provide medical and addiction treatment to a diverse population. At Rochester Regional, you will have a wide range of practice opportunities at multiple locations with in-person and remote opportunities. Our team meets weekly and supports each other daily. STATUS: Full Time

LOCATION: Hope Haven (Batavia), Rochester

DEPARTMENT: Chemical Dependency

SCHEDULE: Days, Evenings


RESPONSIBILITIES/ATTRIBUTES

  1. At least one (1) year of experience preferred in chemical dependency, primary care, or hospital medicine
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication
  3. Compassionate, warm and patient focused
  4. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
  5. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  6. Exceptional documentation skills and professional behavior

PAY RANGE $100,000.00 - $150,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
