Chief Purpose of this position: The Department of Internal Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine is seeking physician candidates to provide care in the Center for Team Care (CTC). The CTC is an employee focused primary care clinic that delivers comprehensive primary care to include acute and episodic care, chronic disease management, and wellness visits in a concierge like, capitated model.

Position Responsibilities:

Clinical | Delivering high quality, cost-effective care with a dedicated focus on patient experience. Provider will be expected to manage a patient panel and work on an interdisciplinary team.

Other | Comply promptly with billing, documentation, credentialing and other administrative requirements of the department.
