Internal Medicine Director – Join a Forward-Thinking Neuro Recovery Program

At our 30,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art Neuro Recovery Center in Fort Worth, TX, we combine advanced technologies and nontraditional protocols to help patients achieve meaningful neurological recovery. Now, we’re looking for an internal medicine physician who’s excited to be part of something more integrated, more innovative, and more impactful.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for an internist who thrives in collaborative, interdisciplinary environments and is eager to support patients recovering from complex neurological challenges. You’ll oversee medical management and contribute to an expanding program that bridges internal medicine, neurology, and advanced rehab tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine

• Passion for working in a team-oriented, tech-forward care model

• Comfort managing medically complex patients in a neuro-focused setting

• Openness to integrating novel therapies and care pathways

• Experience with or interest in rehab, neurology, or complex chronic care (a plus)

We Offer:

• Compensation range: $300,000 – $350,000, depending on experience and scope, via a Medical Director Management Agreement
