Job Description |
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Pediatrician at our FQHC in Chicago. We were founded as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in 1999 have origins going back to 1887 with St. Elizabeth’s Hospital and 1894 with St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago. Our Mission is to promote wellness and provide accessible, compassionate and culturally respectful health care in partnership with our patients and the communities we serve. Job Requirements |
Board certification is required or if board certification eligible must be board certified within one year from start date. Bilingual English/Spanish Call Schedule - Rotating between Pediatrician, MDs newborn nursery rounding Monday to Friday. Traditionally either before or after clinic hours. If on the schedule for Saturday newborn nursery rounding would apply. Patient Template Schedule
Electronic Medical Record – Athena. All patient EMR encounters must be closed within 72 business hours. |

Quality Incentive Program: All providers and staff are eligible for the quality incentive program which is paid the first quarter of the year for the previous calendar year. Salary All wages are based on relevant years of experience and/or licensure. The minimum rate is the wage that a new residency graduate earns. |
