Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient Primary Care

• Minimum of 1 year as an FNP in a primary care setting
• DEA with prescriptive authority required     
• NP designation with eligibility for AZ license
• Provider who prefers to see all ages
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
