Sites: Parkview Health Center & Maria de los Santos Women's Health Center
Salary: Based on years of experience

What You’ll Do

As a member of the primary healthcare team at Delaware Valley Community Health (DVCH), the OB/GYN Physician is responsible for providing comprehensive, high-quality, patient-centered care to a mixed population with a focus on vulnerable and underserved communities. Patients treated in our health centers may face barriers to care due to residence, health, age, personal characteristics, ability to communicate, chronic illnesses and comorbidities, high ER utilization, developmental status or financial status. This role also includes:

• Participating in shared on-call and hospital-based coverage through our partnership with Temple University Health System (TUHS)
• Supervising mid-level providers as needed
• Documenting all patient interactions accurately and efficiently
• Supporting the continuity of care with sensitivity

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACOG/ACOOG-accredited residency program
• Licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABOG/AOBOG)
• Meets credentialing and privileging requirements
• Ability to travel between two health center locations
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
