Optometry at Cornerstone Care

- Comprehensive eye and vision exams

We are committed to making vision care accessible for patients of all ages, including those managing chronic conditions like diabetes, glaucoma, and cataracts.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams using standard optometric equipment
- Diagnose and treat ocular diseases
- Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids
- Provide follow-up care recommendations and patient education
- Offer exceptional customer service through all interactions
- Collaborate with staff and contribute to practice development
Qualifications & Skills
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) and active PA State License
- Strong understanding of optometric principles and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage unique patient populations and maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in general computer and EMR systems
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Schedule
- Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Compensation
- Approx. $135K base salary, with incentive pay opportunities
- Total compensation commensurate with experience and negotiable
