Conveniently located at the I-17 and 101-loop gives you the ability to live almost anywhere in the area!

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Seven, 11-Hour Daytime 7a-6p Trauma Shifts Followed By 14 Days Off
• This is a unique role as you will be the Anesthesiologist Service Covering the Trauma Department
• Duties include: Sedation in the ED, blocks for trauma patients, intubations and line placement in ED on trauma patients, anesthesia for cases going directly from Trauma to OR
• On average, you will bring 1-2 patients from Trauma to the OR a week.
• On average, you will respond to 3 ED trauma calls per shift.
• Daytime shifts mean you will always have anesthesiologist partners on site.

Deer Valley Medical Center is a 204-bed, full-service hospital offering extensive inpatient and outpatient general surgery and cardiac surgery and care. Orthopedic surgery and care include a Secure Track to get patients moving safely after orthopedic surgery. A Breast Health and Research Center on the campus offers the latest technology, including 3D mammograms and an MRI on site.

Other services include Level I trauma care, critical care and a 24-7 emergency department and pediatric emergency center. A variety of interventional radiology services include uterine fibroid treatment. Deer Valley Medical Center is an accredited Chest Pain Center and a Primary Stroke Center.
