We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team atIU Health Jay Family Practice!

Details:

• Full-time, Day Shift
  • Flexible Schedule
  • Offering 5-8hr days or 4-10hr days
  • No weekends, no call
• Patient Population: All ages. Rural Community.
• Expected patient volume in office: 50-60/wk
• 100% Outpatient
• Join a team of 1 Physician, 4APPs and 6Support Staff
• Procedures include simple/small office procedures

Qualifications:

• Master's degree required
• FNPor PA certification required
• Open to new graduates
• Experience in either primary care, acute care, or emergency medicine preferred
• Ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skillsand is a team player be a team player
