Role Overview

• Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona
• Flexible full-time, 4-5 day/week schedule (preferred)
• Part-time options between 2days/week are available
• Part-time options between 3days/week are also available
• Post-acute care inpatient setting
• On-call during the day Monday through Friday
• Day call only on days covering

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive primary care
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized care plans
• Integrate and work closely with the IDT
• Partner and work collaboratively with TeamHealth physicians

Who we are looking for

• New or experienced clinicians
• FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
• Active, new Arizona NP/PA license
• Active DEA preferred but not required

Compensation
Uncapped earning potential: our compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of$109,936 to $131,926 for full-time and $26,139 to $31,367 for part-time annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
