We are actively recruiting for a Primary Care Physician (B/C in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics) to join our area clinics in our collaborative network where you will have easy access to system-wide support as you work alongside a highly motivated and skilled Senior Care & Internal Medicine team. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients.

About the position:
- Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:30pm
- General Schedule: 4/10-hour shifts
- Call – minimal, phone call only. Nurse Triage line takes first call and Physician provides backup when necessary. Average one weekday per month and two weekends per year.
- Average # of patients seen per day: 15-18

COMPENSATION: $280,000 - $330,000 Annual Salary
