Prime Healthcare is currently recruiting for BE/BC Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians to join their established hospitalist teams in Kansas City. Several opportunities at Prime facilities in the Kansas City Metro including Academic Hospitalist roles as well as Traditional Hospitalist roles are available.

The Traditional Hospitalist Position Highlights: 
• 1+ years' experience preferred
• 7on/7off block schedule
• 7a-7p
• 12-hour shifts
• 20 patients per shift
•No Procedures
• Work with advanced practice providers
• EPIC EMR 

The Academic Hospitalist Position Highlights:

• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine
• Faculty appointment based on experience
  
• Position involves rotations with medical residents for inpatient, outpatient and skilled nursing care 
• Participate in teaching lectures and didactics as part of the core curriculum for the IM residency program
• Provide mentorship to medical students and residents
• Participate in program evaluation and resident evaluation
