Methodist Physician Practices is seeking a pulmonologist with interest in advanced lung disease and lung transplantation to join the developing Methodist Lung Center, San Antonio, TX.
Qualified Candidates:
Board certified or board eligible in pulmonary and critical care medicine
Experience in all aspects of medical management of advanced lung disease and lung transplant patients, including donor management, management of end-stage lung diseases, ECMO management, and post-transplant longitudinal care
Clinical focus in Interstitial Lung Disease, Pulmonary Hypertension, interventional pulmonary medicine and clinical research encouraged
A strong focus on patient-centered care and quality improvement is desired
Night and weekend call required
Eligible for an unrestricted medical licensure in Texas required
