We are actively recruiting for an Urgent Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our area clinics in our collaborative network where you will have easy access to system-wide support as you work alongside a highly motivated and skilled Maple Valley Urgent Care team. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients.

About the position:
- Clinic Hours: 7 days per week, 7am-7pm Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm Sat-Sun; Holiday- weekday 7am-3pm, weekend 8am-4pm
- General Schedule – 12-hours shifts Monday – Friday; weekends 8-hour shifts; every other weekend (2/month)
- Limited call expectations
- Average patients seen per day: 25-30 average/peak Flu/Cold slightly higher (30-35)
- Support staff- average 3 PSRs per shift, 5 MAs, 3 Providers
- Practitioners- At least one physician is staffed with the APPs (ARNP/Pas) per shift
Qualifications:
- BE/BC in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority

TOTAL COMPENSATION: $275,000 + incentives
