TidalHealth, a leading healthcare system on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our growing Daytime Hospitalist team in Salisbury, MD.
This is your chance to practice hospital medicine at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional, a 288-bed, Level III Trauma Center and regional tertiary care hub. You'll be part of a physician-led, professionally managed, multi-specialty medical group of over 300 providers who value collaboration, clinical excellence, and quality of life.
Opportunity Details:
- Tertiary Referral Center with established hospitalist program since 2000
- Closed ICU with Intensivist support
- CPOE, PACS, and EMR systems fully implemented
- Block Scheduling (7 on-7 off) Tuesday – Monday
- 15-18 Patient census
- 14-person team
- Participate in the Residency Program by teaching residents and support medical students in clinical rotations
