Your Role and Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine
• Board Certified or Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Licensed (or eligible) in Oregon by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association
