The purpose of this position is to provide the sleep medicine expertise required to maintain a high level of patient care and improve patient access to care.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Exclusively outpatient
- May work across or more outpatient locations
- 90% of the time will be seeing patients, seeing 14-16 patients per day
- 10% non-clinical duties, administrative time and eConsults for Health System physicians
- Work alongside physicians from various pulmonary subspecialties
No inpatient responsibilities - No call coverage required
The incumbent in this position will be required to have a separate appointment as a volunteer clinical faculty. This separate appointment will allow the incumbent to supervise and interact with medical students and residents.
Minimum Qualifications - candidates must meet the minimum qualification requirement to be considered.
- Must possess CA license
- Board Certification in Sleep Medicine
- MD or DO degree required
- No Minimum Work Experience Required
