ThedaCare is seeking Family Medicine Physicians for our new facilities in Oshkosh and Fond du Lac, WI. These positions, located in beautiful, safe, and family-friendly communities, allow for the opportunity to step into a traditional outpatient established practice with collaborative and quality-driven teams.

Position Details:

• Full and part-time opportunities available
• Outpatient practice 
• Reasonable and equitable call schedule
• Primary Care at ThedaCare is delivered through a team-based approach to surround the physician and patients, leveraging multidisciplinary team members including, but not limited to nursing, ambulatory pharmacists, and care management.

Offer Details:

• Signing Bonus:  Generous sign-on bonus offered!

• CME:  $4,500/year
