Education, Training and Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Candidate by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS)
• Licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin or willing to obtain licensure
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with patients, colleagues and referring providers
