Dermatologist Job at Erlanger Health in Chattanooga, TN

Erlanger Health is accepting applications for an NP/ PA to join a unique role within the specialty of Dermatology.                 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient dermatology team. This full-time, day-shift position involves providing high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The provider will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients with a variety of dermatologic conditions. Responsibilities include performing general dermatology procedures such as skin biopsies, cryotherapy, incision and drainage, excisions of benign, etc., The role also involves educating patients on treatment plans, skincare routines, and preventive care, while maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system. The ideal candidate will be licensed and certified, possess strong clinical and diagnostic skills, and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Prior experience in dermatology is preferred but not required.

Education, Training, & Experience

• Masters of Science in Medicine of a certified Physician Assistant program or
  
• Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN), Nurse Practitioner
  

Preferred:

• At least one year of experience in Dermatology is preferred.
