OB/GYN of Indiana - Carmel, an Axia Women’s Healthcare center, is seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist (Ob/Gyn) Associate Physician. This is an outstanding opportunity to commence straightaway with an established patient following in a collaborative team environment.

• Strong work-life balance, call schedule is 1:9
• After-hour nurse phone triage service
• Post-call day off, 4-day work week
• Dedicated surgery day and dedicated L&D day
• Office locations: Carmel, Westfield and Fishers
• Provider Team: 8 Physicians & 6 Nurse Practitioners

• Two in-office ultrasonographers

• In-office NSTs

• In-office procedures: Endosee, Myosure, LEEP, bubble test (tubal patency), IUD, Nexplanon, Colposcopy, Hysteroscopy, Ablation

• Level III NICU
• In-house Anesthesia 24/7
• MFM and Neonatal specialty care 24/7
• Evolving hospital OB Hospitalist program to assist with triage and admissions.

Pay or shift range: $250,000 USD to $315,000 USD
The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role. However, final offers may fall outside this range based on experience, skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. This range is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses/incentive compensation or benefits.
