Radiologist Job at UNC Health Care in Morrisville, NC

UNC Health is seeking a full-time APP to work with a growing group of radiologists, providing services at UNC Nash Hospital in Rocky Mount, NC. This is an opportunity to help grow an existing diagnostic imaging services into a regional referral program!

This position is dayshift, Monday through Friday, with a 1:5 weekend call shared amongst the providers, to cover onsite procedures.

This APP will assist in performing GI Fluoroscopy, large joint arthrograms (prior to MRI), fine needle thyroid biopsies, paracentesis, thoracentesis, video swallow procedures, and interpretation of bone density exams. There is also an opportunity to assist the Interventionalists as well.

Qualifications: 

• Licensed in the State of North Carolina & eligible for Medical Staff Credentialing
• Graduation from an accredited NP/PA program
• Prior experience in radiology preferred but will entertain an exceptional new graduate.
