About this role: As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Otolaryngology you will work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will practice General ENT in a clinic setting alongside Audiology and Primary Care.
- This position includes up to $7,500 in relocation assistance when applicable, PTO, annual CME allowance
- You will practice at our American Fork Specialty Clinic in American Fork, UT and first assist in surgeries at American Fork Hospital
- You will treat patients with chronic sinusitis, nasal obstructions, tinnitus and other conditions
- Your hours will be (4) 10.0-hour days, seeing a combination of up to 16 - 18 new, follow-up and post-op patients per day
- Clinic call is 1:4

What you'll bring: - Previous experience working as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in an Otolaryngology setting, strongly preferred
- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- BLS and active DEA, required Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process

Timpanogos which is between American Fork Canyon and Provo Canyon.
