St. Josephs Healthis seeking a dedicated and compassionate Midwife to join our outstanding team in Syracuse, NY. As a Midwife, you will provide comprehensive midwifery care to low- and moderate-risk obstetric patients. Youll work in partnership with OB/GYN physicians and advanced practitioners, nurses, social workers, diabetic educators, and ancillary staff to ensure safe, evidence-based care from prenatal visits through labor, delivery, and postpartum.

This role is a full scope position and includes providing gynecological care within your scope of practice, including contraceptive and wellness counseling.Schedule consists of a mix of outpatient office days, and inpatient call shifts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certification; NYS licensure and NRP and be EFM-C
• BLS and DEA required
• Applicants should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented
