Torrance Memorial Health System & Services is a not-for-profit integrated delivery system, which includes Torrance Memorial Medical Center, clinics and physician partners in the South Bay, Los Angeles County, California. Torrance Memorial has a proud history in the South Bay, and we continue to grow with the communities we serve.

Position Details:

• 2-year contract with guaranteed income + production and quality bonus opportunities
• 4-day and 4 1/2 day schedules are available for a more work-life-balanced environment.

Salary Range: $300,000 - $350,000

Compensation Policy: We offer a competitive total compensation and benefits package to our physicians. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Total compensation takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business factors. This total pay range includes incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
