UCSF Fresno and Inspire Health Medical Group are recruiting for an academic faculty in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery. Responsibilities will include patient care at a faculty practice site, the main teaching hospital and the residency clinic; teaching and supervising students and residents; FPMRS procedures and research as well as quality improvement appropriate to professional training, capabilities and career goals. Salary and academic rank will be commensurate with qualifications. Administrative/leadership opportunities may be available and opportunities to maintain obstetrical experience are available through labor and delivery coverage (day and on-call).
UCSF Fresno, a regional campus of the University of California, San Francisco, features eight independent residency programs, seventeen fellowship programs and is a major teaching site for UCSF medical students.

The Inspire Health Obstetrics & Gynecology department serves as the safety net provider of obstetrical and gynecologic care in Fresno and the surrounding counties for patients without established providers or insurance coverage. The resident clinic is based in a federally qualified health center where 80 percent of the patients rely on state funded insurance and 10 percent are uninsured. The goal of Inspire Health is to recruit physicians who want to provide care and address health inequities in the culturally rich San Joaquin Valley.
