Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team in California. This is a full-time opportunity designed for physicians with a strong foundation in gynecology and obstetrics, who are passionate about women’s health and open to leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology, and must hold all required certifications and licenses.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care including prenatal, labor & delivery, and gynecological services.
Perform routine screenings, diagnostic procedures, and surgeries related to women’s health.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers including NPs, PAs, nurses, and specialists.
Mentor and provide clinical guidance to mid-level providers as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to best practices in clinical documentation and patient confidentiality.
Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Doctorate degree (MD or DO).
Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Gynecology and Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Active Medical License in California (MD).
Valid certifications:
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
DEA License
Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) Registration
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience or willingness to mentor Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Commitment to continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $375-400k/yr, negotiable!
$1,500 monthly housing stipend for relocation support (up to 6 months).
