Erlanger Health is recruiting a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to work at a Community Health Center, a FQHC with 3 locations in downtown Chattanooga. The ideal candidate would provide day-to-day general primary care services.

Education, Training, & Experience

• Experienced NP/PA preferred or years of RN experience
